Sarah Dalglish grew up in Rockville, Md. and studied International Relations at Tufts. She's lived in Paris since she graduated in 2005, where she stalled for time by getting a Master's degree in economic development at Sciences-Po. Since then, she's realized she should have gotten a Master's in public health. For the past year, she's nonetheless been working on various public health projects, the most interesting of which involved viral heptatitis in Egypt.
